The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and amenities including oven, induction hob, washing/dryer machine ( situated in the bathroom) fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, and 4-slice toaster. The essentials include cutlery, crockery, pots, pans, kitchen utensils, kitchen knives, chopping board, cups, glasses, tea, coffee and sugar.The nearest train stations you can arrive at are North Wembley station (Bakerloo line) or Sudbury Town Station (Piccadilly line). They are both about a 15 minutes walk to the property.Road parking: There is a Parking restriction on the road from Monday-Friday, 10am-3pm. There is free parking permit provided.The parking permit is in the user’s manual folder in the apartment. Please display the permit in your car when necessary.Access is available 24 hours with the provided key. I will provide the code for the lockbox, situated on the passage wall on your left hand side, to collect the key to have access to the apartment.
