Please note that if we receive less than £1000 British Pound (GBP) due to foreign exchange rates 💱 or transfer fees (using third-party platform Stripe/PayPal), we will return the deposit based on the amount we have received and will not cover costs for any foreign exchange rates or transfer fees. ⚠️.Please don’t smoke in our apartment or use drugs 🚫 in the apartment or communal areas. Any use or possession of illegal substances will result in eviction and legal action ⚖️It’s not allowed by UK law ⚖️, and it affects our neighbors 😷 If we discover smoking in the apartment, there will be a fine of £1000 💸.
