1 room flat of 12m² in London

I'm a full time secondary school English teacher looking to share my space with sociable, tidy, respectful and open-minded people from around the world.The flat is a two bed with a shared bathroom. There is a fully equipped kitchen, and shared living/dining space. The flat is 5 mins walk to Westferry DLR, about 12 mins (at my pace!) to Canary Wharf Elizabeth Line and about 14 mins to Mile End tube. You can also hop on a bus to get to Mile End tube or Canary Wharf Jubilee line (10-15 mins depending on wait time!)There are great East End pubs near, both the Limehouse Cut and Regent's Canal, the Dockland's Museum, easy access to Victoria Park and Greenwich Park and lots of restaurants and cafes, as well as the Thames Path and other lovely walks. Westferry is 2 stops from Shadwell so easy access to the Overground too to get to south and north London as well.The second bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, a built-in wardrobe and desk.I have a beautiful, big garden so would really welcome keen gardeners! There's also plenty of space to lock up a bike if you wanted to rent one for your stay.I also speak Portuguese and Spanish (although I am extremely rusty...!)
