Fast dedicated WiFi throughout. The guest has paid for the period11/01/26- 01/02/26.The guest agrees to vacate the property on the01/02/26unless payment is made for the month of February on or before01/02/26.Bee My Guest is able to provide accommodation to the guest until01/04/26as stated in the Spareroom advert. Payment for the months stay is required on or before the 1st day of the month.The guest agrees to return the property in the same condition as the move in date of01/01/26.The guest is to inform Bee My Guest Ltd of any damages or problems during their stay.Bee My Guest Ltd will provide maintenance required during the guests' stay.The guest will not sublet the property.The guest will maintain quiet hours of between 11pm -8am.Bee My Guest Ltd will ensure all utilities including wifi, heating, electricity are paid for and functioning correctly during the guests stay at the property.The guest will not bring pets into the property.Two sets of keys will be made available to the guest should they require them.
