Fresh white bedding and towels are provided.The modern bathroom features a rainfall shower over the bathtub, a hand basin with storage, a large mirror, and a toilet.A perfect base for exploring London or enjoying a longer stay, with everything you need for comfort and convenience.There will be some complimentary tea and coffee, as well as miniature travel-sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel and soap. Other items included are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll, which will last a couple of days. If wish to purchase more for your stay there is an Aldi supermarket about 5 minutes walk away by Old Street Station.You have access to the entire property with no disruptions. Should a maintenance query occur, you will be asked permission first before we access the property to carry out a repair.The essential, but less exciting parts!:Check-in/ check-out:Our standard check-in time is after 3 pm. Check-out is before 11 am. If you wish to check in or check out outside these hours please let us know. This is subject to availability and a fee.Please be on time when checking out. Our cleaners are often there at 11 am on the dot and have a busy schedule. A £20 charge per half an hour will be applied for unauthorised late check-outs or early check-ins.Keys:Specific instructions are given a day before check-out to ensure keys are placed in the key safe when departing the property. If instructions are not followed, this will cause a delay in my cleaner's access and impact their schedule for the rest of the day. As a result, there will be a fine of £50.A £50 fee is charged for call out if you forget the keys and lost keys are charged at £100 for replacement locks. Please be careful with them.Parking:There is no parking with the property.
