Should a maintenance query occur, you will be asked permission first before we access the property to carry out a repair.The essential, but less exciting parts!:Check-in/ check-out:Our standard check-in time is after 4 pm. Check-out is before 10 am. If you wish to check in or check out outside these hours please let us know. This is subject to availability and a fee.Please be on time when checking out. Our cleaners are often there at 10 am on the dot and have a busy schedule. A £20 charge per half an hour will be applied for unauthorised late check-outs or early check-ins.Keys:Specific instructions are given a day before check-out to ensure keys are placed in the key safe when departing the property. If instructions are not followed, this will cause a delay in my cleaner's access and impact their schedule for the rest of the day. As a result, there will be a fine of £50.A £50 fee is charged for call out if you forget the keys and lost keys are charged at £100 for replacement locks. Please be careful with them.Parking:There is one allocated parking space with the property. We are very conscious of being in a residential area, and any violation of either rule will incur a £250 fine.Lost property:Please be careful not to leave anything behind when you checkout!
