Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period. This lovely family home is on a quiet pedestrian terrace, this means there is no direct access by car. It is only a short minutes walk to the property from the main road. This home accepts babies, toddlers and children, but does not accept pets. This home is spread over four floors with no internal elevator. This home has a wonderful roof terrace and balcony but please be aware that the access staircase is rather steep and coming back down from the terrace needs to be done with care. Although the entrance to this home is on the ground floor, there are several steps up to the front door. The fireplaces in this home are ornamental. This home's second bedroom is located on the lower ground floor. There is now a TV in the entrance level sitting room. One loveable dog lives in this home. They won't be around during your stay but this home may not be suitable for those with allergies. The home next to this one is undergoing refurbishment internally and externally. Some noise and activity may be noticed during working hours 8am to 5pm, Monday to Saturday.
