There's also a dining table, perfectly suited for two guests.The beautifully designed bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.The shared laundry room is equipped with washing machines, clothes dryers, a vacuum and a mop.The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.Please note that you may occasionally hear the faint, muffled sound of the underground train passing below. Additionally, there is construction taking place at the neighbouring property, and scaffolding is currently set up along the exterior of the building. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit.
