It is spacious and modern throughout, located at the back of a small building, ensuring no noise from the road.The Space:Private Patio: As you enter, you will first see our private patio, which is ideal for enjoying a coffee or reading on a nice day.Living/Kitchen Area: The patio leads to a spacious living/kitchen area decorated with bright colours and brand-new furniture. Relax on the sofa while watching TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay. There is a bar with 4 stools for meals. The area also includes a guest toilet room and a utility room.Bedroom: Located at the back of the apartment, the bedroom features a new double bed, a large wardrobe, and a chest of drawers for plenty of storage space.Ensuite Bathroom: Includes a nice shower and bath.Extra Bed:We can accommodate up to 4 people (3 adults or 2 adults with 1-2 children) by setting up a premium airbed in the living room.If you are 2 guests and require the airbed, please note there is a £30 extra fee (one-off payment).Guest Access:You will have the entire property for yourselves, with access to an equipped flat with kitchen appliances and modern amenities.The Neighborhood:Our flat is located within a 7-minute walk from Kentish Town and a 12-minute walk from Camden Town tube stations. You will have everything at your doorstep, including diverse food options, great pubs, music venues, and grocery shops.
