It is located directly opposite the station and in the mix of cafes, brasseries and boutiques.The apartment is situated above a coffee shop, you have access to the apartment from the rear entrance. The terrace has 2 cameras - 1 is on top of the entrance door to fix people coming in and out of the building, the 2nd one is on the right side of the wall while looking at the entrance covering the terrace itself.
