If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check-in at the requested time.Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. The latest check-out time is 1 pm.Unauthorised late checkout will be charged £50 per hour.Please don't move any furniture around the house, if you do, please move it back to where it was when you checked in.Smoking in the flat is strongly prohibited!
