1 room house of 22m² in London

Beautiful room at ground floor with bathroom at the same level dedicated to the guests. The bathroom with shower will not be shared with other guests but is sometimes used by the family during the day, mainly the children when at home.Our House is really near the Central Line (Perivale Station) and the Piccadilly Line (Alperton Station), the two stations are at walking distance, around 15 minutes walk. Also the bus 297 is at one minute from our door and it can take you to Alperton or Perivale stations in 5 minutes. Also the 297 can take you to Ealing Broadway, a beautiful area full of restaurants, shops, commercial center, English Schools, parks, pubs.... and also to Ealing Broadway Station where you can take the Elisabeth Line, District Line or Central Line. If you want to go to Wembley stadium you can also walk there or back in 40 minutes, but the bus 297 will also take you to the stadium in 15 minutes. Our family is lively English family with our sociable children. We have a large English background from my husband side and an Italian background from my side. We enjoy cooking and traveling when possible.We are a family with 3 children age 10, 7 and 6. We offer comfort and privacy to our guests.We love hosting and we have 2 beautiful triple rooms en suite in the loft and one room at ground floor. The two rooms in the loft have bathroom with shower ensuite. Music room at ground floor has the bathroom outside the room but at the same level of the room. We often host small group of students but we love hosting also families, group of friends or single guests. We will make sure that everyone has the possibility to enjoy a great time in London.
