Happy to provide a cot on request for £50 per booking with sheet. The large family bathroom has a tub with shower overhead and a combined washer / dryer. The open plan living and kitchen area has all the mod cons including a dishwasher, tall fridge / freezer, kettle, toaster and plates / dining equipment for 6 people. The TV is hooked up for wifi and there is a Sonos speaker you can hook up to as well.
