The apartment looks towards the city and over Waterloo station from the 11th floor, the top floor of the building.You can walk out the door and have the London Eye - 200m away, the Houses of Parliament, 7 mins walk away and the fantastic South Bank. You can jump on the tube at Waterloo or go to many of the restaurants, supermarkets and bars in and around the station.We operate the apartment as one of the most sustainable and low toxicity spaces in London. It is 100% electric, supplied by renewable energy, we use zero toxicity cleaning liquid (water & salt based solution), ozone to clean our linen, we use trace VOC paints, untreated natural floor boards and have 100% organic cotton sheets and towels.This creates low impact, healthy spaces for our guests to enjoy.
