The apartment is part of an early/mid Victorian, end-of-terrace property situated in the Brockley Conservation Area. Commensurately, the rooms are spacious and airy with high ceilings, lots of natural light (southerly aspect) and with pleasant views over the patio garden and the lush, well-maintained arboreal neighbouring gardens. The modern interior styling retains a couple of (non-functional) period fireplaces. There is a private garden out the back for guests to make use of and enjoy!Inside the property, you are greeted with a large and airy lounge. In here you will find several armchairs, one large sofa, tv and a traditional fireplace (non functional).The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, washing machine, dining table for 6 people, gas hob and double oven. The space is fantastic for preparing meals and also enjoying them with friends or family.Heading downstairs, Guests will find the first bedroom, which is spacious and comfortable with a solid double-sized bed. There is ample storage space for Guests to unpack belongings with a large wooden wardrobe and a chest of drawers. There are also several chairs.The second bedroom is also double bedroom. There are two bedside tables both with lamps and one large wooden wardrobe with a mirror built-in. There is also a small chest of drawers for extra storage.From the second bathroom, you can access the private garden which is on the same level. It is a little slice of quiet heaven for you to enjoy. In the garden there are seats for you to relax in and hopefully soak up the sun! The garden can also be accessed from the stairs.The bathroom is a comfortable size with shower over the bath tub, basin, wc and towel rail.
