The second bedroom is the master bedroom with a King size bed and grand ensuite bathroom with separate bath & shower and a his & her sink unit. The third bedroom is another King bed and overlooks out into the inward courtyard and next to this is the second bathroom with the shower/bath combination unit. Down the hall is the kitchen where you will find out your essential kitchen items and cooking equipment as well as a breakfast bar. This leads into the living room, which has access from there to the patio. The smart TV sits in the wall above the fireplace. In addition, there is underfloor heating throughout and wireless internet.Guest Access:Guest has entire access to the basement property as well as private patio at rear of property.The Neighborhood:Food & Drink: The home is close to the Hollywood Arms, a great place for an end-of-night drink.
