With super high-speed Wi-Fi (1000Mbps), staying connected has never been easier. Note: the sofa can transform into double sofa bed. Please let us know in advance if you'd like this to be used. However, please be aware that the living room doesn't have a door, but we can organise for a curtain to be hung to give anyone sleeping in this room some privacy.For those who love to cook, the kitchen is fully equipped with high-spec Smeg appliances. The space has been designed to make it fun to host dinner parties, and the solid oak dining table has ample space for 6 people (if requested in advance we can arrange for a larger table too). You’ll also find a separate laundry/utility room with a washing machine, drying rack, iron and butler sink, ensuring all the comforts of home are at your fingertips.Venture downstairs to the lower ground floor, where you’ll find two spacious bedrooms, both with ample built-in storage, ensuring a clutter-free stay. Note: the master bedroom has a kingsize bed, and the guest bedroom has a double bed.The bathrooms are a haven of relaxation, with one featuring a large bathtub (on the ground floor) and both equipped with modern showers. During the warmer months, the lower ground floor stays cool, while in winter, it remains comfortably warm.But the true gem of this property is the expansive paved garden.
