The formal living room goes through to a spacious kitchen which has air conditioning and top of the range gas & induction hob, teppanyaki plate, two separate ovens and a plate warmer. The dining table seats up to 8 guests and leads out onto the garden with further outdoor seating.In the basement, there is capacity for the 5th bedroom if required, (please do let us know in advance if that is the case) as well as a little study room if a workspace is needed for the stay (again, please let us know in advance if this is the case). There is also a further large living space and Smart TV.The two super king bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms are situated on the first floor (the master bedroom has A/C) and there are two further king size bedrooms on the second floor, one with ensuite bathroom and the other with its own bathroom just outside the bedroom, both bedrooms also have A/C.Guest Access:Guest has access to entire property and private garden.The Neighborhood:Fulham is a hugely popular residential area of London, particularly for young professionals and families alike.It benefits from its proximity to Kensington & Chelsea.
