The living room is tastefully furnished and well-kept, with a sitting area, a convertible sofa bed, a TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group. The kitchen includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and cutleries that will fulfil any of your culinary requirements. There is a washer available for your laundry needs.The three bedrooms have UK king-sized beds with complimentary hotel-quality linens.The 1.5 bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.Enjoy your stay!On the day of your arrival, you can seamlessly complete the check-in process using Keynest by visiting a nearby store within walking distance of the property. You will receive your keys by providing a code to the store attendant. The store's address and the required code will be conveniently shared with you at least 48 hours before, and the code is valid within 30 minutes before your scheduled time.Please note that keys are also required to be dropped off at checkoutWe are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.The apartment is located in Fulham, West London, just a short walk (8 min) from Parsons Green station, which conveniently connects you to many other destinations in the city. You are also near Fulham Broadway (10 min) and West Brompton (18 min) stations. The home is in a quiet residential area, so you'll enjoy some fabulous snooze while taking a break from the busy city streets. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
