1 room flat of 72 m² in London

The small double room is available in our 2 bedroom Westminster flat with use of all facilities. It is a small but modern flat on the top floor (6th). There is a lift to 5th floor then one flight of stairs (no wheelchair access). The shared bathroom has a power shower. The bedroom has mirror and hair-dryer, ichest of drawers and a small amount of hanging space. There is a desk if needed which folds away. There is a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer etc. Complimentary tea and coffee. Sheets and towels are provided with fresh ones when required. Attractive, quiet part of Central London, 5 - 7mins from Victoria Station and St. James' Park underground, 10 min walk to Buckingham Palace, 15 min to Big Ben and Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey and River Thames - all Central London tourist sites are within easy walking distance. There are excellent bus, tube and overground train links and many bike, E-bikes and scooters available close by. We are surrounded by shops, cafes and many restaurants and 2 small international food markets. There is a sports centre with gym/swimming pool at end of the road. My son is out a lot otherwise he works from home. We like our guests to make themselves at home, be independent, cater for themselves and come and go as they please. It would not suit someone very young or anyone that needs a lot of support. Guests can use the cooking facilities and fridge. Either myself or Will my son will be hosting depending on whether I am away walking with the dogs or we may both be home to host. I am a retired nurse and my son is an actor and member of a successful band. When I am home I will have 2 small dogs (schnoodles) with me - they are well behaved and non shedding. They are anxious with children however so I don’t recommend young children stay. We are very relaxed with our guests and very much enjoy meeting and chatting to people from different countries and cultures. Additional Info:English speaking family.2 small dogs sometimes at home but v well behaved and hypoallergenic.When I am home and son home too I sleep in living room on futon so please note that the living room is not available in evenings and early mornings when this is the case.
