Balance 30 days before arrival Other things to note :Although higher than most similar mezzanines, there is a restricted 1.5m height (5ft) in the upstairs bedroom area. This may not suit anyone with back or mobilty issues. The apartment is at the front of the building so there may be some street noise, although the windows are double glazed.Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am.The One One One is a strictly no smoking building. As well as tobacco this includes vapes, incense sticks etc. There is a £100 cleaning surcharge for failure to adhere to this policy and you will be asked to vacate early if you breach this policy. Hot water is from an electric immersion tank and although usually sufficient for 3 guests to shower, if long showers or baths are taken it may take an hour for the tank to heat the water up again
