The flat also has a spacious roof terrace which can seat 6 for dinner at the round table or 5 on the outdoor sofa, which comes with outdoor cushions. The dining table can seat 8 with extra chairs in each bedroom.Bedrooms: There are two double bedrooms, the master served by an en-suite bathroom with an overhead shower. The main bathroom below includes and bath and overhead shower. Sofa bed: There is an additional sofa bed as well so can sleep 6, The sofa bed is only in use with 5 and above guests. If you would like to use the sofa bed with 4 and below guests please let us know 24 hours in advance of check in there is an additional charge of 100 for this and must be pre ordered. We have luxury refillable toiletries in the property If any of the hand soap, shampoos, conditioner or dish soap bottles are missing or damaged there is a £30 charge per bottle. 6. There is a £200 charge if you lose keys.7. Please do not lock yourself out there is a £50 admin charge to receive back up keys. 8.
