Sleeps up to four people.The apartment is in Broadwick Street, five minutes walk from both Oxford Circus and Piccadilly Circus underground stations and connects Carnaby Street (famous for fashion since the 1960's) and Berwick Street (known for its open air food market). As well as fashion boutiques this part of Soho is now known for a number of small high quality restaurants with a Michelin starred restaurant only a few doors away on Broadwick Street.The apartment is modern, spacious, very bright and has excellent views. There is sole access to a huge roof terrace. Despite being centrally located the apartment is very quiet at night.Facilities include air conditioning, wireless broadband Internet, wide-screenLCD TVwith terrestrial and Freeview channels, a fully equipped kitchen with oven, gas hob, fridge freezer etc.With a double bed in the bedroom and a comfortable sofa-bed in the sitting room the apartment can sleep up to four people. Oxford Circus is 15 minutes on the Central line from Liverpool Street main line station (for Stanstead Airport or South End Airport). Oxford Circus is also 10 minutes on the Bakerloo Line from Paddington (for the Heathrow Express). Oxford Circus is also 10 minutes on the Victoria line from Victoria Main Line station (for the Gatwick Express). Tottenham Court Road (Dean Street Exit) is ideal for the direct line to Heathrow.Check in time is usually from 2pm onwards although if there is no guest departing on the day you arrive you can check in earlier. Check out time is usually 10am or earlier although if there's no guest arriving on the day you depart you can check out later.Whilst bookings can be taken straddling the Christmas and New Year periods, no booking can commence on the 25th December.The check out time of 10am allows the cleaner to prepare the apartment for the next guest (bookings are often back to back). If a guest has a late return flight and wants to make use of the apartment until a later time they would be advised to book an extra day. Alternatively there is a left luggage facility at Paddington Station.
