Shepherd Market is a busy street. Incredible location for Central London. So as you can imagine there is potential for noise. The bars, pubs and restaurants close around 11 and the noise is less. The apartment is a chic New York style loft with mezzanine and balcony. So it is suitable for 2 to 3 people. The sitting room is very spacious and is presented with original features such as floorboards and coving from a different era. The modern new furniture and decor add a touch of luxury and comfort. Perfect to relax in after a long day shopping or sightseeing. The large french doors in the sitting room lead to the balcony which overlooks the roof tops of London. Mayfair is a fabulous area to be in and you will be surrounded by coolest of places to eat such as The Ritz, Nobu and many great haunts of the rich and famous. Please note there are stairs to climb. The loft has view over London rooftops so it's wonderfully situated but good to be agile. The apartment does not have a washing machine but there is laundry service round the corner . please note: The flat sits above a lively square, with restaurants and a pub. They all close at 11pm. Please note that it can be quiet noisy till 11pm, especially on the weekends. The flat is on the 3rd floor of a building, walk up. ( No lift ) It can be quite a challenge if you are not use to steps. Please be mindful of this before you book.
