There is a big corner sofa in the living room that can sleep one adult or 2 children.In addition to that, if there are 4 adults per booking, there is an option to request a single inflatable Air bed W100 cm x L195 cm ( latest model, very comfortable high mattress that I will set up for you as a single adult sleeping bed ).In total, the flat can accommodate up to 4 people: 2 people King bed + 1 person on the sofa + 1 person on single Air bed.There is a large 49" HD TV in the living room with Amazon Prime, Freeview channels and Amazon Fire stick apps.There is a second TV in the bedroom with the same channels.Free Wi-Fi with great speedThe apartment has an Intercom, secure Banham locks as well as CCTV camera at the communal building entrance.Guest accessThe flat is situated on a raised ground floor, there are no stairs at the entrance so it's perfectly suiatable for erderly people or pram access.Other things to noteAccess to a beautiful communal gardenNOTE: in the unfortunate event if you loose the flat's keys or the main entrance keys - £100 charge for replacement.
