The central feature of the lower-ground floor open-plan kitchen is a double length wood countertop & table that can seat 8 people for a meal. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up your favourite recipes, or to make the perfect espresso. For aprés-entertainment there is a unique sunken lounge that is our TV room, with vintage cinema chairs imported from an old Czech movie theatre. The master bedroom boasts a King size bed, and a painting made by one of our favourite painters of the 60s. It shares a family bathroom (which has a bath as well as a separate walk-in shower) with the kids’ bedroom. The loft (third floor) is its own separate space – brightly lit thanks to dormer windows and a view over the green backyards of the neighbourhood – with a double bed, an ensuite bathroom and shower, a pull-out (double) sofa, a desk and a TV.
