You will be close to the many excellent shops, restaurants and transport links of Notting Hill Gate and Kensington High Street and the green spaces of both Holland Park and Kensington Gardens/Hyde Park are within easy walking distance. The rear of the property, where both bedrooms are situated, overlooks a small primary school, so there can be some noise during term time during the school day, however the windows are double glazed which significantly reduces noise.
