I've chosen quality bedding and included good storage options to make your stay more comfortable. The ceiling fan ensures good air circulation for a restful night's sleep. The clean, modern bathroom features white tiles with attractive mosaic details - perfect for refreshing showers after busy London days.I've included a welcome pack with tea, coffee, toiletries, and essentials to get your stay off to a good start. The nearby Brunswick Centre has an excellent Waitrose supermarket for groceries, plus restaurants and cafés for dining options. There's also a Curzon Cinema if you fancy catching a film in the evening.The location really is exceptional. Bloomsbury is known for its beautiful garden squares and central position. The British Museum is just around the corner, and Russell Square tube station is a short walk away, connecting you to the rest of London with ease. Many attractions are within walking distance – Covent Garden, Oxford Street, and numerous restaurants and cafés are all easily accessible on foot.This location is perfect for visitors to London's universities and hospitals, while leisure travelers will appreciate being within easy reach of major attractions. At the end of each day exploring, you'll have this comfortable, quiet apartment to come back to.Having lived in London for years, I believe Bloomsbury offers the best combination of central convenience and neighborhood charm. My apartment provides that perfect balance – and I look forward to sharing it with you!You have access to the entire property with no disruptions. Should a maintenance query occur, you will be asked permission first before we access the property to carry out a repair.The essential, but less exciting parts!:Check-in/ check-out:Our standard check-in time is after 3 pm. Check-out is before 11 am. If you wish to check in or check out outside these hours please let us know. This is subject to availability and a fee.Please be on time when checking out. Our cleaners are often there at 11 am on the dot and have a busy schedule. A £20 charge per half an hour will be applied for unauthorised late check-outs or early check-ins.Keys:Specific instructions are given a day before check-out to ensure keys are placed in the key safe when departing the property. If instructions are not followed, this will cause a delay in my cleaner's access and impact their schedule for the rest of the day. As a result, there will be a fine of £50.A £50 fee is charged for call out if you forget the keys and lost keys are charged at £100 for replacement locks. Please be careful with them.Parking:There is no space parking with the property. It is £40 for the rental, drop off and pick up of the cot. Bedding for the cot is not provided so please bring your own. If you would also like to include the use of a high chair as well, the cost will be £45 in total.Smoking:Smoking is strictly forbidden. A fine of £200 will be charged when discovered.Additional guests:No extra guests are allowed in the property at any time without prior permission and no parties/loud music allowed. We are very conscious of being in a residential area and any violation of either rule will incur a £250 fine.Lost property:Please be careful not to leave anything behind when you checkout!
