1 room flat of 88 m² in London

I am sharing my time between London and Paris and would like to rent my one-bed 2 weeks a months. Ideally a week on a week off. The flat is located close to London Fields Station Overground into London Liverpool St. Also Hackney Central Overground is near by. It is a new build with a balcony.
