Hello all - I am looking to for someone to rent my 1-bedroom flat in Camberwell. Available 30 June 2025 and the current lease goes until Nov 2026. Open to shorter lets too. The flat is really well-suited to couples - I have loved my time here but my circumstances have changed recently. The flat has one large bedroom with a comfy double bed and loads of storage space in cupboards and under the bed. The living/dining room space is also a great size and goes onto a peaceful little garden at the back (part of which is shared with the upstairs tenant who is a very sweet older lady). Kitchen and bathroom both very nice - cosy spaces, water pressure great, all good. Rent is £1700 pcm and bills come to approx £300 / month just for me. The current lease goes till November 2026. There will be a process of you replacing me on the tenancy which we would sort with the letting agent. Council tax band B, EPC all up to date. Doing viewings this Monday 30 June and Tuesday 1 July.
