Hello there! We’re moving out of London for work, so looking for someone to take over our 2-bed flat in Streatham — available straight away. It’s a ground floor flat with two bedrooms, a large living room, separate kitchen, and a decent-sized bathroom with a proper bath/shower. There’s loads of natural light, wooden floors throughout, and it’s been a great place to live. There’s also a private garden (not shared!), which is great for BBQs or just having a bit of outdoor space. Location-wise, it’s about a 10-minute walk to Streatham Hill station (trains to Clapham Junction, Victoria, London Bridge), and there are loads of bus routes nearby going to Brixton and Clapham. Really well connected but still nice and quiet. Gigabit internet is available, and the place is ideal for a couple or two friends sharing.
