Looking for someone to take over our contract of a two bedroom flat contract in the coming weeks as we look to move to a property we are purchasing. The contract has currently got approx 10 months remaining (but landlord happy to extend!), Landlord is very supportive and responsive, and it’s pet friendly. Flat is cosy with a sizeable kitchen, super king size bed and single bed in the second bedroom which doubles as a study for us. Good amount of storage in the bedrooms and comes furnished. Perfectly located moments away from Maida Vale station (Bakerloo), and approximately 20 minutes from St John’s Wood station (Jubilee). Very close to amenities of Maida Vale, including bars, restaurants, shops and cafes. Very close to Paddington Recreation ground too which is wonderful for amenities (running track and gym, tennis courts etc) but also to relax in.
