The house is suitable for professionals or students studying post graduate degrees this year. This would be an ideal house for 3 or 4 friends to share - one of the double rooms is large enough for a couple to share. There is a separate lounge, kitchen, one bathroom and an additional shared room upstairs for storage/drying clothes - whatever is needed. The rooms are part furnished - bedrooms with bed, wardrobe, side tables; lounge with sofa, comfy chair, breakfast table and chairs. The latter will be new and the photo updated soon. If additional furniture, e. g. desk and chair, is needed, this could be provided. The house has been re-decorated, had new carpets fitted, new sofa and generally refreshed after the tenants left 2 weeks ago. It is in a great location just off Green Lanes with easy access to Manor House and Turnpike Lane tubes.
