It is absolutely ideal for eg a student / academic or a single person looking for a convenient quiet yet central and really well connected pied a terre in Oxford. [It is not available for couples] The space is in a quiet and pretty Victorian cul de sac yet only one minutes walk from the London and airport buses on St Clements and the Cowley Road with it shops and cafes and warm, multicultural vibe. It is compact yet has a spacious feel, with steps down from the street to a private patio / little courtyard (where you could put plants or herbs). It has a bay window opening into an open plan living space / kitchenette area. You pass through an archway with window into a sleeping area with wardrobe and storage space. The sleeping area has an ensuite wet room with toilet, sink and shower. There is shared use of a washing machine and the space is fully furnished. The monthly cost includes all bills - so local tax, electricity, gas, water rates, heating, hot water, broadband, TV licence, building insurance all included in the cost.
