We are letting for the first time hopefully long term a one bedroomed fully furnished flat just off Leith Walk. It is in a pleasant no through traffic street and adjacent to a park. It is available now or from Jan 2026. It consists of sitting room, separate kitchen, new bathroom and one double bedroom (new mattress still in wrapping supplied) There are USB wall sockets in both the sitting room and bedroom and electric blind in the sitting room. There is also a personal parking space right outside our property which can be included for a slightly extra charge if required We are looking for a couple or a single professional fully employed person with references. We are registered landlords with ECC. We will oversee the let ourselves but the initial set up will be by letting agents who will do all the initial paper work and collection of held deposit.
