We’re really sad to be leaving, but we’re looking for someone to take over our contract of a two bedroom flat contract in the coming weeks as we look to move to a property we are purchasing. Therefore, we’re offering our entire 2-bedroom flat to rent (not individual rooms). Perfect for a couple, two sharers, or a small family. Perfectly located literally a stone's throw away from Maida Vale station (Bakerloo) and approximately 15 minutes walk from St John’s Wood station (Jubilee). Very close to amenities of Maida Vale and Paddington including bars, restaurants, shops and cafes. Very close to Paddington Recreation ground too which is wonderful for its running track, gym, tennis courts etc but also to relax in. Willing to negotiate on entry date for a date convenient to you.
