The flat is based between Tooting, Tooting broadway & Colliers Wood station, so has great transport links, access to shops just down the road (closest one being the Lidl in Tooting 3 mins away) and the high streets on both sides with all the best bars, pubs & restaurants. There are two bedrooms - both double but one larger than the other. One bedroom could be converted to an office or similar as well if you are a couple or single person looking to move in. There is plenty of additional storage in our basement. The kitchen / living room are open plan and can be let fully equipped & refurbished also. The property is currently available furnished. We have a private parking behind the house in our courtyard, so whilst there is no garden as such we mostly use that for the odd bbq.
