We are looking to rent our spacious one bed apartment from Feb 1st 2026 for short to medium term (likely up to 6 months). Due to personal circumstances the property will be on the market for sale from January, so the tenant needs to kindly be flexible and allow access for viewings but these will be scheduled at a convenient time for all. This condition has been reflected into the rental price! Based on market conditions and sale process, we would expect any sale to take minimum 6 months. The property is modern, mainly furnished (bed, sofa, dining table, TV) in a lovely, quiet period building on Acton high street. The flat has a sizeable double bedroom with built in double wardrobe, a good sized kitchen/ living space, modern bathroom and storage cupboard. It is a perfect commuter base. The flat has excellent transport links with Acton central (5 min walk), Acton Town (12 min walk) and Shepherds Bush, Turnham Green, Acton mainline (Elizabeth line) all within a 10 minute bus ride.
