1 room flat of 43m² in London

I am looking for 3 university students for this flat .Preferably who already know each other. This is a three bed flat with the large lounge as the third bedroom. one Tennant in each room. no sharing a room . Large kitchen and bathroom /shower toilet and another separate toilet Bills not included ..bills payable monthly., to landlady. Sponsors required. And also references.. I prefer 2nd year students or student doing their masters degree. Availability from September 25th September . as soon as graduated a Tennant is not exempt from council tax 2025 This is a quiet block in a peaceful area so this is not a party flat. I do not want first year students. Students are exempt from council tax and Tennants must inform local council of their tennancy.
