2 bed flat in Hackney / Bethnal Green from 31 Jan / 1 Feb Me and my housemate are looking for two people to replace us on our tenancy. It’s a lovely flat on Mowlem St, E2. The landlord is super chill and fast at getting stuff fixed and our neighbours are so lovely. It’s two bedrooms with a balcony and super neutral modern decor throughout. It’s first floor and really light and bright even during the winter. It has lift access. It’s part furnished - just the sofa in the living room, no furniture in Mollys room (the smaller room) and a bedframe and wardrobe in my room (the larger one with balcony access). However we are happy to leave the dining table and chairs and coffee table if needed! Rent is £2,500 a month which we split £1,200 and £1,300. Bills come to around £150 a month in winter but less in summer. Happy to provide any more info x
