We’re looking for a single tenancy (group of 2) or a couple to make our two-bedroom flat in Brixton Hill their home. The flat includes a recently refurbished open-plan kitchen and lounge, two double bedrooms (partially furnished with beds, chest of drawers, and bedside tables), and a long private terrace that spans the length of the property, perfect for relaxing or entertaining. Situated on the top floor of a small two-storey building, the flat benefits from high ceilings and hardwood floors throughout. The location is ideal: less than 10 minutes by bus or a 20-minute walk to Brixton Tube Station, with Brockwell Park only a 10-minute walk away. There are two small supermarkets and a nice local pub just around the corner, plus a wide range of bars and restaurants in both Brixton and Streatham. We’ve loved living here and are now looking for responsible tenants who will enjoy the flat and take good care of it.
