A lovely 2-bedroom flat is available from 1st July in Osborne Road, Jesmond. One standard double bedroom, and one spacious double bedroom. We accept a coupe to stay in the large room for extra. We prefer to rent out the flat under one tenancy contract (£1500) but might accept 2 tenancy contracts for the two rooms. The flat is within 15 minutes of Newcastle university, and 7 minutes to the metro. You are responsible for bills: Council tax is Band C. Students pay £0 for council tax. Water is about £50 a month. Gas and electricity vary from month to month but could be less than £50 during summer. Broadband, you pay us £20 a month as there is a contract on our name.
