Welcome to my 1-bedroom, spacious apartment in the heart of London. Available for £2400 per month, bills not included. Shorter term lets considered where bills can be added on to the monthly rental. Looking for an individual or a couple that would look after the space well. Would suit professionals working in The City or Canary Wharf, or NHS worker given proximity to the hospital. Key Locations: 1 stop to Bank on DLR or 20 minute walk to Liverpool Street/Bank. 15-minutes to Canary Wharf (3 stops) and 20 minute walk or 1 stop to Shoreditch on Overground line. 10-minute walk to Royal London Hospital. The apartment was my home and as I am moving abroad, it will keep all the homely touches you would expect! As such, I would like someone who will look after the space. The Living room boasts a fantastic 65inch OLED TV (120hz) with great Dolby Atmos soundbar. A smart TV able to log in to all your favourite streaming services and have those great movie nights in and for any gamers, super smooth and fantastic graphics. Superfast internet and a lovely view from the juliet balcony of the local church and the gardens below. It lets in a lot of natural light and amazing to open up and let in the breeze. 5 other apartments in this building, all great neighbours. There is a big table/workspace where you can plug your laptop in with a very comfy chair. A great place in case you work from home and benefits from lots of storage. The kitchen comes fully equipped and will have all the essentials you will need to cook up a storm. Wine cooler, dishwasher and washing machine/dryer. Built in bins and recycling. Pots and pans etc. The lighting in the apartment is all philips hue smart lights. You can use the switches as normal but you can also switch up the ambience in the evening and ask Alexa for dimmed lighting. The bathroom comes with an amazing waterfall shower (not exaggerating!). There is also a charging port for shavers. The bedroom has a Super King Bed with extremely comfortable mattress (worth over £2.5k). Again, a lot of storage here with a bookshelf, full wardrobe for hanging your clothes and storing shoes, as well as a big chest of drawers. There is also an air conditioning unit, which is perhaps not so useful now unless you use the dehumidify mode but great for Summer. The bedroom now has Venetian blinds (not shown in images), which is great for privacy. It is a top floor apartment so even with the blinds up, no one can really see in to the space. I have removed the dog crate, bicycle and vivarium too that were on the pictures. The bedroom is on the side of the apartment with the road so you have to be okay with people driving by in the night and maybe slight noise from any locals walking by. It is central London after all! Lastly, this is a second floor apartment without a lift so please be aware for accessibility.
