I will be going away on holiday from 20th June - 20th July 2025 and would like someone to live in my flat during this period. £450 PW for the whole flat (Maximum occupancy 2 people as only 1 bedroom is available for let) (Preferred maximum term is 5 weeks, 8 weeks can be negotiated) Luxury Riverside living in South East London - this should be home! A double bed in a well-lit, airy room close to local amenities including the London Riverside Cycle Route, Maryon Park, Woolwich Ferry, Waterfront Leisure Centre and an array of shops and restaurants in Woolwich centre (15 minutes’ walk) Excellent transport links (11 minutes from Woolwich Arsenal Station to London City Airport: DLR; 14 minutes from Woolwich Station to London Liverpool Street Station; 42 minutes to London Heathrow Airport: Elizabeth Line). The house is 12 minutes walk to Woolwich Dockyard, 10 minutes drive to Woolwich Station and 15 minutes bus ride to North Greenwich station. The flat has two bedrooms and two bathrooms (one en-suite toilet and shower and one main Bathroom). One double bedroom is available with access to the living room (TV, Sofa), kitchen (electric oven, hob, good-sized fridge/freezer and washing machine). The house has a balcony with a scenic view of the Thames. You get the exclusive use of the guest bedroom, main 3 in 1 bathroom, and the living room and kitchen when we are away. Your room comes with a double bed, good good-quality mattress, and storage shelves. There is a study table and an office chair available that you can move to your room. All bills and Fibre Broadband are included. A refundable deposit is required. There is free communal parking in the estate. ***Slightly shorter or longer stay is negotiable.
