I’m taking an extended trip for the Month of March and looking to sublet my lovely one bed flat in the heart of Ravenscourt Park. **Note: I’ve listed that it’s available from the 7th but the dates can flex between end of Feb to early April** The flat has one bedroom, a separate living room, full size kitchen, and bathroom complete with bath and shower. The kitchen has a gas hob and electric fan oven, air fryer, full size fridge and freezer and washer dryer. It’s a quirky top floor flat within a period mansion block, so expect a couple of sloped ceilings! It’s super cosy, and warm with gas central heating and carpeted throughout. You’ll be right within the heart of beautiful Ravenscourt Park. In fact, the property is directly opposite the Park itself and 5 minutes walk to the Thames Riverside. There are plenty of things to do and see, surrounded by various cafes, restaurants and pubs. Hammersmith and Chiswick are both a short walk away, and Westfield Shepards bush can be reached by foot (30/40 mins) or on public transport. There are local buses and Ravenscourt Park tube station (district line) is a 5 mins walk away. Hammersmith tube (District, Piccadilly, Hammersmith & City and Circle lines) is approx 15/20 mins walk away. I’ve listed the property on a weekly basis for flexibility but will happily round the cost to a monthly rental if preferred. This includes all bills, WiFi and I can arrange a parking permit for the street outside if required. Please note: this is sadly not accessible for those who are physically impaired as there are several flights of stairs and no lift. Any questions let me know!
