Want to chill? Simply open a bottle and sit back, relax and admire the views.Please note that this town house is located within a quiet residential area, and therefore is not suitable for parties or louder groups.Please note, you must be 25 years old minimum to book and check-in the property.Guest accessGuests have exclusive private access to the entire house & car parking space for the duration of their stay. An adjoining gate to the side of the property leads directly onto the Marina and River Mersey.Other things to noteThe town house is located within a quiet residential area, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.We are unable to host groups of guests under the age of 25 at this property.The check in time is 3pm & check out 11am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest.
