39 - 73 m²
£2,123 - 3,943
Available for medium/ long term lets from August 31st (no max rental period, just note it includes soft furnishings already). Rent includes gas & water bills, excludes fibre broadband, electricity, and council tax. These come to circa £175 per month. This is my personal home and would be best suited to someone who doesn't have a lot of their own stuff as some of my things will still be here! Linens, towels, plates etc will be included, it's totally move-in ready. Lots of little luxuries like Sonos, a Nespresso machine, good knife set, etc. Looking for a single person or a couple to take care of my home. Someone who won't have parties and prefers to enjoy the London food & drink scene rather than entertain at home. This is a modern development off Hackney Road, E2 London. It is high spec and modern, and will have everything you need for a shorter let like bedding and a fully fitted kitchen. This is actually my home, and I am just going moving to my boyfriend's house, but some of my stuff is still here! Space: - Fob entry - Elevator or stairs to second floor - New, modern kitchen and bathroom with washer, glass stove top, fridge/freezer, and small appliances as photographed - Dining space in the sun with door to ceiling windows that open - Bedroom has king size bed, down duvet cover and four pillows, 100% cotton 200 thread count sheets - USB plugs directly into the wall - All furniture is brand new walnut, red laquer, and copper sets from Made - Two sets of Sonos speakers to listen to music (one in bedroom, one in living room) Neighbourhood overview This is the BEST neighbourhood in London - it's directly beside Cambridge Heath overground station, and less than a five minute walk to Bethnal Green tube station, which is on the Central Line. While the neighbourhood itself is the best (ten minute walk to Broadway Market, Victoria Park, and Columbia Road Flower Market, plus one million bars and restaurants), and only a 20 minute walk from Shoreditch and Brick Lane, it's also incredibly easy to get into Central London from Cambridge Heath overground or Bethnal Green tube. Getting around Walk around East London, or grab a £10 uber anywhere in East London. Tube/overground into Central London. Note there is a five week security deposit repayable in full less any bills and damage, this is proportional to the rent paid (5 x 1 weeks rent) EPC B
