1 room flat of 34m² in London

Hi! I'm renting out my flat for 3 to 6 months. There's a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen/ living space and loads of natural light with big windows facing on to a park. It's a cul de sac so not much traffic noise at all. The flat is modern, built in 2020, and is furnished. The neighbours are lovely and all very kind and friendly. It's 20 mins walk to both Seven Sisters and Turnpike Lane Stations, and the 41 bus is also 5 mins walk away, getting you there even more quickly- It's really regular so super handy. The area around the flat has a good mix of coffee shops, food options, and there is a small tesco and sainsbury less than 10 mins walk, with a huge tesco at Seven Sisters too. There is a community centre across the road that does yoga classes with park views, so nice! Happy to answer any questions :)
