1 room flat of 78m² in London

We are going away for 6 months from November 2025 returning in June 2026 and want to rent our flat on a short term basis. Ideally for the whole 6 month period. The flat is a new build which is only two years old and fully furnished. There is a main double room with double wardrobes and a smaller room which has office space and a day bed. This would ideally suit a couple who are in transition moving to/from London or waiting to purchase a property. Bills equate to ~£350 and are included in the overall rental amount.
