The contract runs until 31 March 2026, and referencing will be handled by Uncle (the landlord), who manages multiple properties and is very responsive. About the Flat: • 2 good-sized bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 ensuite) • Modern kitchen • Living room is west facing, so it’s quiet and peaceful • Furnished • Great location— 8 minute walk to Leeds train station • The building has its own gym and separate Peloton room • Safe building and also has its own secure post room • Suitable for couples or 2 professionals • We also have a secure basement parking with ours (it’s a separate payment) • Pets are allowed • The building (where our flat is) has a very big coworking space, a cinema room, a bowling alley and meeting/party area. Costs: • Rent: £1,495 per month (this is how much we are charged but I reckon it will be less for you) • 5-week deposit: £1,725 • Bills not included Why We’re Leaving: We have recently bought our own property so we’re moving out earlier than expected.
